Alessandro is our Clinical Nutritionist. A native Italian and graduate of the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, healthy eating has always been central to Alessandro's life. Lecturer to the UK's leading nutritional colleges, Alessandro's work is at the cutting edge of nutritional science. Prior to your first consultation with Alessandro, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive and detailed questionnaire and food diary.
After graduating from Cambridge University with a degree in Social and
Political Science, Sarah began her career as an accountant in the City.
After five years she retrained as a Master Practitioner of
Neuro-Linguistic Programming and also gained qualifications in
nutrition and fitness from Premier Training. Since then, her interest
in human behaviour has led her to study psychology and she is currently
working part-time towards her doctorate.
